Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase made in Lovkiz. The seller is Chrislo Group LLC (see the legal notice). They do not take away any right the law of your country gives you.

What is free

The question of the day and the challenge of the day, every day.
One trial game per game and per couple (Action ou vérité, truth or dare: at the Léger level). Trial games do not come back after a pass.

Offers and prices

Soirée pass (one evening): 1,500 F CFA. 24 hours, starting from the first paid game you launch, not from the payment.
7-day pass: 3,000 F CFA.
30-day pass: 5,000 F CFA.
90-day pass: 12,000 F CFA.
Our song (Notre chanson): 7,500 F CFA. A song of about 2 minutes with both your first names, in the chosen style, and its lyrics. A one-time purchase that does not depend on any pass.

Prices are in CFA francs, in whole numbers. The price that applies is the one shown on the offers screen at the time of purchase.

What a pass gives you

All the games, without limit, at every level.
One payment for the two of you: the pass works for both people in the space, whoever pays.
Nothing renews by itself. No subscription, no automatic charge: you pay only when you want to play again.

When a pass starts and ends

For 7 days, 30 days and 90 days: the day of purchase is day 1. The pass ends on its last day at 11:59 pm, in the couple's time zone (the one of the phone that created the space). Example: a 7-day pass bought on December 3 ends on December 9 at 11:59 pm.
For the Soirée pass: the 24 hours start with the first paid game launched.
Buying a pass before the current one ends adds the days at the end: nothing is lost.
The app's home screen shows how much time you have left.

Ordering and paying

You choose an offer. The amount is shown.
You give your email, first name and last name, required by the payment provider: for your receipt, and to recover the space if you change phones.
You go to the secure payment page of our provider, Chariow, to pay by Mobile Money or by bank card, depending on your country. The amount is shown before you confirm.
You confirm on your phone. The pass activates by itself as soon as the operator confirms the payment, even if you closed the page.
You receive a receipt by email.

The sale is made when the payment is confirmed. If the payment fails, the pass does not activate and you can try again.

Your Mobile Money operator or your bank may charge its own fees. Outside the CFA franc zone, the price is converted into your currency when you pay. If your payment method is not in Central African CFA francs, Chariow or your bank may add conversion fees. The amount to pay is shown on Chariow's page before you confirm.

If you pay twice for the same purchase, the second payment becomes extra pass days, or it is refunded on request.

Countries where you can pay

On the payment screen, you choose the country of your phone number. Payment is open in 32 countries:

by Mobile Money or bank card, in 16 African countries: Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, DR Congo, Rwanda, Chad and Togo;
by bank card only: Algeria, Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Seychelles, Tunisia, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland and Canada.

Chariow's page offers the payment methods of your country. Prices are the same in every country.

Refunds

A paid purchase is not refunded, unless a problem on our side prevents you from using Lovkiz (for example: the pass did not activate). In that case, write to contact@lovkiz.com from the email on your receipt: the refund is made within 15 days of your request.

A pass works right away. Under the “Continuer vers le paiement” button (continue to payment), the screen says so, and so does its English summary: “By continuing, you ask to play right away, and you give up the 15-day right of withdrawal from the first paid game.” The 15-day right of withdrawal therefore ends as soon as you launch a first game with this pass (Cameroon, law no. 2010/021 of December 21, 2010 governing electronic commerce, art. 20). The email receipt confirms it.
Our song is made for you as soon as you order it. Under the button, the screen says so, and so does its English summary: “By continuing, you ask for your song to be made right away, and you give up the right of withdrawal once it is delivered.” The right of withdrawal therefore ends when the song is delivered. The email receipt confirms it.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of your country gives you.

Our song

An AI writes the song lyrics from your answers; an AI composes the voice and the music from the lyrics. Before paying, you can read the title and the chorus of your song for free.
You choose the style of the song before paying: Afro-pop, rumba, zouk, slow or gospel.
The song is not remade.
The song is for you: listen to it, share it with your loved ones. It may not be uploaded to music platforms (Spotify, Boomplay, Apple Music…).
If writing or composing fails, Lovkiz tries again by itself, with no new payment. If nothing arrives, we fix it or refund it.
In surprise mode, it is given on the chosen day: the person who bought it sends the link.

What Lovkiz is, and what it is not

Lovkiz is only for people aged 18 and over.
Lovkiz is a game. It does not replace a doctor or a therapist, and it promises no result for your relationship.
To play, you need a phone with a web browser and an internet connection.
We may remove a level or some cards from a game, for everyone. Your pass then keeps all the other games and levels until it ends.

Complaints

Write to contact@lovkiz.com, from the email on your receipt if it is about a payment. Your pass did not activate? It activates by itself as soon as the operator confirms; if nothing happens after 15 minutes, write to us with your receipt.

These terms do not take away any of the rights the law of your country gives you. If you disagree with us, write to us first at contact@lovkiz.com: we will look for a solution with you.
